Privacy Policy — DoubleSnap

This Privacy Policy explains how DoubleSnap ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use the app. DoubleSnap is developed by Acrydis.

1. Information We Collect

DoubleSnap does not require an account and does not collect or transmit any personal information to us or to any third party. Specifically:

- Camera access: The App requests access to your device's camera solely to let you photograph the front and back of your trading cards. Photos are processed entirely on your device.
- Scans storage: Combined images you create are stored locally on your device (in the app's private storage area). They are not uploaded to any server, and we do not have access to them.
- No accounts: DoubleSnap does not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, or any other personal identifier.
- No analytics or tracking: DoubleSnap does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking software of any kind. We do not know how you use the app, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

2. Sharing Your Scans

If you choose to share or save a scan (via the Share or Save options in the App), the image is handed off to the destination you select (for example, Messages, Mail, or your device's Photos library) using your device's native sharing tools. Once shared, that destination's own privacy practices apply — DoubleSnap has no visibility or control over what happens to the image after that point.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

DoubleSnap offers optional paid plans (Plus and Pro) with additional features. Payments are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store's in-app purchase system. DoubleSnap does not receive or store your payment card details — Apple's own privacy policy governs how that payment information is handled.

4. Children's Privacy

DoubleSnap is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since the App does not collect personal information from any user, this applies equally to users of all ages.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Since your scans are stored only on your device, you're always in control: you can delete individual scans from within the App (My Scans), or remove all data by deleting the App from your device.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if we add new features that change how the App handles information. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
